We began to pay a quarterly cash dividend commencing in the first quarter of 2017.  The declaration of dividends in the future are subject to the discretion of our board of directors and our compliance with applicable law, and depending on, among other things, our results of operations, capital requirements, financial condition, contractual restrictions, restrictions in our debt agreements and in any equity securities, business prospects and other factors that our board of directors may deem relevant.
